Welcome to the Member's area of the website which provides access to learning more about your membership and the Las Vegas NACE Chapter, as well as managing your profile.

COMPLETE YOUR  PROFILE

Now that you are a member, it is important to complete your profile with information to promote yourself to colleagues, be recognized at meetings, and share a little about your services.  Here are a few helpful hints about keeping your profile up to date.

• Your local profile will populate with your general contact information from the NACE National database.  Make sure to keep the National information current, as local changes will revert to the National Roster.

• Post a photo in your profile so that other members can put a face to the name.  Just like with other social media and business platforms, including a professional photo is essential!

• Have you heard about SEO?  Yes, NACE works diligently to continually update the website and has thousands of hits per month.  The inclusion of your business information will help people find you quicker!

• Complete your bio to include your experience and current offerings.  This will help potential referrals from colleagues and customers know who you are and why they should do business with you!

• If you change positions and move to a new company and have a company purchased membership, you will need to let your current employer know to reassign the membership to someone new and contact NACE National to set up a new membership with your new company.

NACE EXPERIENCE SCHOLARSHIP

Las Vegas NACE Members are eligible to apply for scholarships to attend the annual NACE Experience Conference.  Scholarships are awarded based on members participation and support of the Chapter throughout the year by attending meetings, donating services, participating in community service events, and serving on a committee or the Board of Directors.

CHAPTER ELECTIONS

The Las Vegas NACE Chapter is currently accepting nominations for the October elections for the Board of Directors.  Nomination forms will be emailed to all members on August 15 and due by September 15 at 5:00 PM and are accessible as a downloadable form.   The annual elections will include Board of Directors as well as the Executive Board.  Please visit our elections webpage for more information and watch for emails for nominations and elections.
