Harvey Stern, CMP, CPCE, is the Executive Director of Catering and Banquets for Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.  In this role, he is responsible for a team of 500 in the areas of Catering, Sales and Banquet Services for Bellagio's more than 200,000 square feet of meeting and convention facilities, the resort's unique meeting venues such as the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art, and off-property catering.

Some of his activities at the AAA Five Diamond resort include strategic planning among the six departments within Catering and Banquets, collaboration with all divisions of the Resort, creation, and implementation of new event concepts and oversight of seamless events from inquiry to execution. 

Stern began his career with Bellagio as Director of Catering and Banquets in November 2002 and was promoted to Executive Director in November 2011.  Prior to joining Bellagio, he was Director of Catering and Food and Beverage at the Standard Club in Chicago from 1992 until 2002, the Senior Catering Manager and opening team member of  Four Seasons Hotel Chicago from 1989 until 1992, and assistant to the Director of Catering of The Pierre, a Four Seasons Hotel in New York, from 1984 to 1988. 

He is currently a member of the National Association of Catering and Events (NACE), Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE).  Stern serves on the Boards of One Night for One Drop as the Culinary Chair and the Foundation of NACE as the treasurer/secretary. 

Among his achievements, Stern received the 2011 Sarah Margaret Gillam Award from Rochester Institute of Technology, was selected for MGM Resorts' Executive Leadership Program, was a member of Bellagio's Green Committee and Bellagio CSR Board and served as the 2014 Chairperson and an MGM Resort's Diversity Champion since 2004.

Stern earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Food and Tourism Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984.

Joshua Jones, DMCP has been in the destination management arena for nearly 20 years.  Joshua has helped produce thousands of events over the last decade and has a unique understanding of both Sales & Operations.  Joshua's philosophy of "All challenges are seen as Opportunities to Succeed" enables him to deliver top-notch service and build long-term relationships with clients and Strategic Partners.  Josh is a believer in continuing education and industry leadership having served as President of the ILEA Las Vegas Chapter, ongoing education with UNLV and The International School of Hospitality and involvement with ADME International.  Joshua loves to golf, travel and laugh with his friends and family and of course spend time rough-housing with his two boxers, Layla and Dempsey.

Francine McKanna, DMCP

Francine grew up in the event business and has been in a leadership role in the DMC industry for 25 years.  She has owned Allied PRA Las Vegas for 12 years.  She is ambitious, passionate and focused, with a purpose to foster her team's success to meet their personal and career goals.  She has three grown sons and is engaged to her fiance' Robert.  They spend their time between SoCal and Las Vegas and love to travel and explore cultural activities.  Her motto is "change is growth" and strives to live by that philosophy every day. 


Craig Bullock

Director, Business Development

Originally from Utah, Craig has a degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  He's been in the DMC business since 1999 where he started as an Account Executive with PGI.  he then worked for both TBA Global and Kuoni.  He joined Hello! Las Vegas in 2010 and now has 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than 17 years of advanced expertise in destination management sales and operations.  Creative and attentive to details, Craig believes the secret to success is, "Keep your eye on the target and never waste an opportunity to deliver exceptional service."  He is an active member of MPI and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association and was a long0time Little League and club baseball coach.  These days Craig enjoys watching his two sons (Bryce, 18 and Evan, 15)
