Annie Kang-Drachen, CPCE Member of the Month!

Annie As Director of Special Events for the Eiffel Tower Restaurant located in the Paris Las Vegas Resort, Annie is responsible for coordinating all special events. With close attention to detail, she works to ensure a unique, seamless and memorable experience for guests. A graduate of University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Mass Communications, Annie joined the food industry while attending college. Annie moved to Las Vegas to open a new steakhouse concept in the early 90s. After many years as a restaurant manager, she decided to pursue an opportunity in catering sales which has enabled her to combine years of operational experience with a passion for creating impressive events.

Annie previously was the Private Dining Sales Manager at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro located in the Venetian Resort. Annie previously served as President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). Her commitment to educational excellence is exemplified by the Certified Professional Catering Executive (CPCE) designation which she earned in January 2006.
